While upgrading the vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 to version 6.7, we faced a issue with regards to the space in '/' directory in VCSA server. There was not enough space available in this directory to migrate the Configuration and Historical data from old VCSA to new VCSA. Therefore, it was not moving further. To fix this issue, we followed below steps.
- Stuck on below warning message.
- Login to VCSA and check the space of each directory. We will use the available directory which has enough space available. Here in our case, we used /storage/updatemgr directory as it has enough space available.
- Copy this directory /storage/updatemgr into path option and proceed further.
