In this topic, we will discuss about deployment of NSX Manager.
Login to the vCenter Server to deploy NSX manager appliance.
Right Click on Host - Go to "New Virtual Machine" to create NSX manager the appliance.
Put down the NSX manager appliance name here.
Define the NSX manager appliance destination path location.
Click Next.
Selct respective datastore location for storage NSX manager.
Click I agree for lisence agreement.
Verify the network settings & select disk provisioning type and click next.
Put down the priviledge authentication.
Put down the Host name and network details including NTP server details and click Next.
Verify all mentioned details and click Finish.
Now NSX manager has been deployed.
Powered on the NSX manager appliance but getting failed.
Due to virtual and physical CPU discrepancy, there is issue with power on the NSX manager appliance.
There is difference between processor core and socket.
CPU core and socket should be the same.
Configured the CPU as 16 GB.
NSX manager is powered error free.
Now NSX manager powered successfully.
Once NSX manager appliance powered on, NSX manager API is accessible via web console.
Login successfull with respective authentication.
